Shipping Methods

All orders on pkgodofficial.com are shipped via UPS or, occasionally, USPS and DHL. We primarily use overnight shipping labels (24 hours), but we may switch to 2-day or 3-day shipping at our discretion to ensure the safest delivery.

Insurance and Reshipping

Every order is 100% insured. If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it at no cost to you. Please note that reshipping may take additional time, so we follow best practices to minimize any issues during transit. Once tracking indicates delivery to your address, our coverage ends.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Compton, California, with some bulk orders shipped from our Los Angeles, California location. You will receive an email or SMS update with tracking information once your label is printed. We operate Monday through Friday and prepare orders on Sundays for early shipping on Mondays, with some exceptions for holidays.

Shipping Times

Typically, orders are shipped the same day or the next business day. UPS usually delivers within one day to locations in the continental U.S., but during peak times and holidays, shipping may take longer. All orders are shipped in discreet, generic cardboard boxes with no branding.

If you receive tracking information, it indicates that your package will be picked up by UPS the same day or the next. Please note that there may be delays in the tracking updates within their system.

Patience and Communication

As a small business, we appreciate your patience as we work to pack and ship your orders efficiently. Once your package is with UPS, we cannot control their shipping speed. If there is a delay of 14 days or more, please contact us for a reshipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable due to carrier delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship internationally with DHL. Some customers use mail forwarding services to send their orders internationally.
